THE PROBLEM
The job search process today is overwhelming not just in effort, but in emotion. It’s easy to feel stuck, burned out, or unsupported, whether you're applying after a career break, switching industries, or just trying to stay consistent week to week.
Most platforms focus on resumes or listings, but don’t actually help people move through the process. There’s no sense of progress, no feedback loop, and no space that feels like it “gets” how tough this journey can be. People don’t just need a tracker — they need structure, encouragement, and reasons to keep going.
THE SOLUTION
We’re building Anchor to make job searching feel more guided, supportive, and motivating.
The app gives users:
A daily task list to help them stay on track.
AI help for resumes, interviews, and job prep.
Small rewards and progress tracking to keep up momentum.
A calm, friendly design that reduces stress and avoids overwhelm.
Instead of feeling lost or stuck, users get a clear plan and a little encouragement every step of the way.
WHERE WE ARE NOW
Anchor is currently in active development.
We've launched the landing site Anchor, designed core flows for task management and AI support, and are testing early interactions across both iOS and web.
Our focus right now is making sure the experience feels smooth, encouraging, and genuinely helpful not just functional. We're building fast, listening to feedback, and refining as we go.
